Well — I usually write long poems — but here are a couple quick short ones!
Hope you like it! 🙂
Inside my shroud
She came and wept,
After realizing my love —
And I was so selfish,
that I kept my eyes closed
— inside my shroud —
She was my drug
She was my drug ,
And I was her peddler,
Of dreams and nightmares —
Guess what? — I over-dozed!
And she died — craving!
Well, I can think of one more variation of the above poem but it would kinda make it quite funny! Anyway — so be it! 🙂
She was my drug
She was my drug ,
And I was her peddler,
Of dreams and nightmares —
And together we opened,
A de-addiction center!
— Jatinder Singh , the lousy poet
